The idea

Most monitors report load as it is now. Astrotop is meant to say where it is heading: not "CPU is at 40%" but "CPU will be at 70% in five minutes", forecast from the history of samples it has already taken.

Where it stands

The collector is real: it samples CPU, memory and network through the sysinfo crate, and the analytics module prints each snapshot with its forecast line. The forecast itself is a stub that returns zero, so the predictive half of the tool doesn't exist yet.
