The terminal interface to Iris: start it, say "Hey Iris", and follow the pipeline and the conversation live in a dashboard.

What it is
The terminal front end to Iris. One key starts every subsystem; after that you just talk. Saying "Hey Iris" starts a turn, so there is no hotkey to hold and your hands stay on whatever you were doing.
While it runs, the dashboard shows what Iris is doing (idle, listening, thinking or speaking) and the conversation streaming in as it happens.
What's missing
Proper CLI subcommands, for scripting Iris or asking it something without the dashboard, are planned but not built yet.
